SONIMIX 2106B-X PROGRAMMABLE GAS DIVIDER

The SONIMIX 2106B-X gas divider major functions are controlled by microprocessor excepted the gas flow regulations which are mechanical. This enables the user to avoid setting mistakes and is easy to use due to the menus and submenus visualised by the electroluminescent display and selected by the keyboard. The RS232-C serial interface and the AK protocol of communication allow to drive and interrogate the instrument on remote control. The parameters such as the type and composition of alimenting gases, the working units (%,ppm, ppb) are introduced and memorised. The dilution steps are computed with the flow values of nozzles, (in N2), and the alimenting gases. The flow data in N2 are memorised and cannot be modified by the user.

The precision, stability and the reproducibility of the generated mixtures are due to the joint use of critical orifices and the high stability of mechanical pressure regulators.

SONIMIX 7000 PROGRAMMABLE GAS BLENDER WITH MASS FLOW CONTROLLERS

The SONIMIX 7000 have been specially developed for the calibration and linearity checking of stack gas monitors. The SONIMIX 7000 uses the latest technology of Mass Flow Controllers in order to generate simple or complex mixtures of gases with high accuracy and repeatability. The SONIMIX devices have been designed with an integrated active purge system and the systematic suppression of dead volumes in order to obtain fast response time. Using the SONIMIX 7000 it is possible to greatly decrease the number of cumbersome and expensive gas cylinders, which reduces the costs, saves time and reduces errors.

SONIMIX 3080 Hydrogen and (optional) Zero Air Generators

The SONIMIX 3080 is an instrument composed of an Hydrogen generator as well as a self regenerable Zero Air generator. The two modules are complementary and make this instrument an indispensable tool for the alimentation in Air and Hydrogen of all FID, BTEX, VOC and gas chromatographs.

The utilisation of the SONIMIX 3080 avoid the use of two cumbersome and expensive gas cylinders.

The instrument internal program and processor assure the control of both generators and allow to check on line various functioning’s parameters such as: water level, pressure outlet (H2 and AIR), electrolyses current, CH4 oven temperature (if option 11 installed),… The display and keyboard allow a simple and intuitive use of the instrument. The functioning parameters and the alarm can be monitored through the RS 232 remote command as well as through one dry relay.
