This gas analyzer (ZRE) is capable of measuring the
concentration of NO, SO2, CO2, CO, CH4 and O2 components
in sample gas. NO,SO2,CO2,CO and CH4 are measured by
non-dispersion infrared method (NDIR), while O2 is
measured by fuel cell, or zirconia method. Up to 5
components including O2 can be measured simultaneously.
This analyzer is designed with smaller physical
dimensions. It is well suited for compact analyzing
system designs. In addition maintenance is simplified
through adoption of the single-beam system. Optimum use
as an analyzer measurement system for combustion exhaust
gas from refuse incinerator and boiler, or gas from
various industrial furnaces.

Features
1. Small and light: The size is small 133×483×418mm (H×W×D)
and light (8kg). But it is capable max. 5 component
measurement in one analyzer.
2. Easy maintenance: Because of single-beam system the
measurement unit is simple with no need for optical
adjustment. Therefore, maintenance is easy.
3. Easy operation: Operation can be carried out smoothly
in an interactive way through a large-size LCD.
4. Abundant functions: Various optional functions are
available such as auto calibration control, high and low
concentration alarm, remote range switch, and range
identification signal, etc.

This
gas analyzer (ZKJ) is capable of measuring the
concentrations of NO, SO2, CO2, CO, CH4 and O2
components in sample gas. NO, SO2, CO2, CO and CH4 are
measured by non-dispersion infrared method (NDIR), while
O2 is measured by built-in type paramagnetic method
sensor or external-mount type zirconia method sensor. A
maximum of 5 components including O2 (max. 4 components
except for O2 measurement) are simultaneously
measurable. The mass flow type twin detector of high
sensitivity and reliability adopted in the infrared ray
method detection block makes the measurement hardly
affected by interfering components. In addition, a
microprocessor is built in and a large-size liquid
crystal display is equipped for easier operation, higher
accuracy and more functions. Optimum as an analyzer unit
of measurement system for combustion exhaust gas from
refuse incinerator and boiler, or gas from different
industrial furnaces.

observing easily the indication of all measured
components and computation values. The interactive
operation facilitates setting.
5. 19 inch rack
mount structure. The mainframe unitized to 19 inch rack
type and electrical signal input/output terminal unit
also unitized easily configure a gas analyzer system.
6. Maximum
range ratio is 1 to 25. Measuring ranges are changeable.

Mass Flow Sensor
The low impedance sensor
has high noise immunity. The sensor with no movable
parts has high resistance to vibration, and thus can be
used semi-permanently. Infrared ray absorption by
measured gas component is converted into electric
signals.

The infrared gas
analyzer (ZRJ) measures the concentrations of CO2, CO,
CH4, SO2 and O2 contained in sample gas. CO2, CO, CH4
and SO2 are measured by non-dispersion infrared method,
while O2 is measured by paramagnetic method. A maximum
of 4 components including O2 (max. of 3 components for
other than O2 measurement) are simultaneously
measurable. A high sensitivity mass flow sensor is used
in the detector unit of infrared method. Due to use of
single beam system for measurement, maintenance is easy
and an excellent stability is ensured for a long period
of time. In addition, a microprocessor is built in and a
large sized liquid crystal display is provided for
easier operation, higher accuracy and more functions.
This analyzer is thus optimum for combustion control of
various industrial furnaces, botanical study and global
atmospheric research.
